Why do we like it

Il Genovese is the typical Italian restaurant, with local and delicious food, with an excellent pesto and also good service.

The pesto is undoubtedly the star of the house but the food in general is very good. We always look for typical restaurants, frequented by locals and this is one of them despite being in guides and having received several awards, it has not lost its essence.

Favorite dishes

We loved the troffie al pesto which is the typical pasta of the region.

The meat ravioli were also very tasty.

The pesto is excellent, has won several awards and it is mandatory to taste some dish with this sauce.

Additional tips

The tiramisu is different from the usual, it is served separately in 3 parts, a cup with coffee, a few sticks La Reine and a cup of sweet cream with cocoa on top. The idea is to mix everything and eat.
