Fall in love in Paris with L’Eclair de Génie
It doesn’t matter if you like eclairs or not, but if you’re going to Paris you have to visit the boutique “L’Eclair de Génie” as they’re not simply cakes, these eclairs are a works of art.
We’ve visited the boutique in Rue Paveé and of course we could not resisted and had to buy a box. Eclairs are beautiful and it’s almost a sin to eat them.
The concept of the store is fascinating as they took the famous and traditional cake and transformed it in a more sophisticated, creative and innovative version of itself.
L’Eclair de Génie has expanded and you can find their stores not only in Paris but in several other countries worldwide, such as Japan, Italy, Georgia, Russia and Canada.
