Why did we like it

The atmosphere is great and the quality of the food is incredible. Without a doubt, this restaurant is one of the best places in Madrid to eat raw food, both fish and meat.

Favorite Dishes

The truth is we never eat cooked food in this restaurant and we always opt for the specialties, they have one of the best steak tartar in town, the tuna tataki (our favorite semi-raw dish), the wild Corvina ceviche is also one of our favorite dishes, and we did not manage to leave without one of the best desserts we have ever tasted, the chocolate mousse 75% cacao with pistachio and red berries.

Additional tips

The butter with salt which they offer at the beginning is excellent, also the bread is excellent, it is a whole grain bread and it is not in all restaurants that we can find this type

It is better to book a table previously to skip lines, but sometimes without reserve, there is a place on the balcony – from where you can see the dynamism of the kitchen and the whirlwind of dishes that are always leaving.
