N2 Extreme Gelato in Sidney
Did you ever hear about nitrogen ice cream? We’ve visited N2 Extreme Gelato where we were in Sidney and it was in fact a different experience.
We are used to the traditional italian gelatos so we were curious about this different way of making ice cream.
N2 has lots of different flavours and it was in fact very difficult for us to choose from, at the end of the day we’ve chosen crème brulé and snickers favours and they were delicious.
The gelatos are freeze with liquid nitrogen, at first it seems they are making milkshakes but all the sudden liquid nitrogen is included in the mix and BOOMMMM it automatically freezes.
